Lined Manure Storage Expertise
Manada has installed H.D.P.E. lined manure storage facilities ranging in size from 250,000 gallons to over 10 million gallons, capable of handling virtually any dairy waste storage requirement.
The introduction of Polyethylene Embedded Channel (PEC) by Poly-Flex allowed Manada to create a watertight seal between the liner and concrete agitation ramps. This innovation enables agitation pumps to safely enter storage structures without risking damage to the liner system.
Since adopting this technology, Manada Construction Company has installed hundreds of liner systems for dairy operations.
